At OFFICIAL DEGEN STORE, every piece we create is part of a unique story. For this reason, we do not accept any returns. However, we know that finding the perfect fit is essential.

If you need a size exchange, we’re happy to assist—provided the requested size is in stock at the time of your request. Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Please note:

  • The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. Once we receive the item and confirm it meets these conditions, we’ll proceed with the exchange. Delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, we won’t be able to process the exchange.
